This is a Christmas wreath featuring a bear by Kawai Kingyo, who was one of the artists from the now-defunct Poo Factory. She is still active today.
The wreath has a diameter of approximately 18.5cm. The bear is wearing a Christmas hat and has an antique lace decoration around its collar. The bear itself is about 13.5cm tall and holds a Christmas wreath with a bell in its hand.
The yarn-wrapped wreath is decorated with dyed flowers, mushrooms, and bead ornaments.
This was only displayed during the Christmas season and has been stored away since. Other works from the Poo Factory from that time are also available. Please take a look if you're interested.
It was quite expensive when I bought it at the time.
